Order Timeline and Operating Hours
Please note that our order timelines and operating hours are as follows:
Orders need to be placed before 14:00 Monday-Friday to ensure delivery within 48 hours.
Orders placed on Fridays before 14:00 should be delivered the following Monday, Tuesday at latest.
Orders placed after 14:00 will be delivered within 72 hours.
We do not operate over weekends or public holidays. This means that orders will be processed on the next business day (Monday) for delivery within the order timeframe parameters, which is up to 2 business days after the order has been received.
